There are two version of the bookkeeper app. One a task manager which has common tasks that a bookkeeper assigns or requests information from their clients. The second is a promotional tool which allows to bookkeeper to carry electronic business cards for themselves and up to 5 other clients. The app also includes a smart app phone book Rolodex which contains common contacts types that a bookkeeper might have. The contact directory allows you to sort contacts by their relationship to you not by having to remember their name, company or phone number. You want to call you Plumber, look under the grouping Contractors and scroll down to the place card Plumbers. It’s that easy.
